Siphon Brewed Coffee
While espresso is a great way to brew coffee, another special method to extract coffee is with a siphon coffee maker. With proper grinding, different coffee beans are able to be distinguished leaving their original characteristics to be tasted. Three things are to be considered during the tasting process:
Aroma: Smell the different aromas that appear to our senses.
Body: How rich is the coffee? Is it light flavored or is it strong?
Acidity: Does the coffee carry some sourness?
We believe the Siphon is able to perform well in distinguishing these characteristics in coffee beans.
